The chair of the House Judiciary panel said he is committed to working to advance a comprehensive marijuana bill including social and criminal justice provisions. Rep. Jerrold Nadler, a Democrat from New York, made the statement on the eve of a scheduled full House vote on a cannabis banking bill called the SAFE Banking Act.
